It selects music-grade cast iron and special steel, and through precision casting (±0.05mm tolerance) and five-axis linkage CNC machining (surface roughness Ra0.8μm) processes, it manufactures core components such as action mechanisms and tuning pin plates.
We adopt a dual surface treatment of environmentally friendly electroplating (with a coating thickness of 15-20μm) and piano-specific spraying (resistant to 100,000 impacts), which not only ensures the consistency of the touch of the 88 keys but also enhances the corrosion resistance of the accessories.
