About the Nebulizer Parts
We offer atomizer parts nozzles, made of 316L stainless steel, suitable for the atomization of daily medical liquids, with a stable output of droplets between 3 and 5 microns in size. It has a built-in diversion channel design, under the working pressure of 0.3MPa, the atomization efficiency can reach 98%.
The piezoelectric driver adopts a 0.2 mm thick titanium alloy substrate and piezoelectric ceramic composite structure, and the vibration frequency is accurately controlled at 1.7MHz. After the actual test, in the case of continuous operation for 8 hours, the frequency drift will not exceed 0.3%. In order to ensure the normal operation in high humidity environment, the electrode part uses a double coating process to ensure stable electrical conductivity.
This valve set is very responsive and takes only 15 milliseconds to effectively prevent liquid leakage. After testing, under continuous working condition, the loss of liquid medicine per hour is less than 0.05 ml. Moreover, the valve body is compatible with a wide range of media from pure water to high concentration suspension. Specially designed flow channels allow liquids with viscosity up to 200cP to pass smoothly.
All of our nebulizer part interfaces support ISO standard thread specifications with assembly tolerances within 0.002 mm. There are three surface treatment options for metal parts: conventional passivation for indoor use, micro-arc oxidation coatings to enhance the weather resistance of outdoor equipment, and PVD coatings specifically for high-frequency contact disinfection scenarios. The stainless steel nozzles in AFI Industrial Co., Ltd. 's nebulizer parts are machined using a five-axis milling process with a 0.3mm carbide cutter and micro-lubrication technology to achieve an aperture accuracy of ±0.008mm. Help customers in the use of atomization effect is stable, liquid waste is reduced, nozzle life is longer, and the frequency of replacement is lower.
Do you have problems with high maintenance costs? The titanium alloy substrate of our piezoelectric components is first cut with slow wire, and then ground on both sides with 0.1mm ultra-thin grinding wheel, and the thickness fluctuation is controlled within ±0.003mm. The piezoelectric ceramic plate is cut by laser, and the edge breakage is less than 5μm. This precision assembly process makes the drive components more reliable, the equipment can be stable for a long time, and the customer's maintenance costs will be reduced.
In addition, our aluminum alloy fluid components undergo micro-arc oxidation after processing, generating a 20μm thick ceramic layer in 15% silicate electrolyte, microhardness up to HV900, and salt spray resistance test for more than 500 hours. Solenoid valve moving iron core adopts vacuum quenching process, surface hardness HRC60±2, with fine grinding, moving surface roughness Ra0.4μm. These processes greatly enhance the durability of parts, help customers cope with complex operating conditions, and reduce downtime due to corrosion or wear.
After all parts are finished, we will carry out coordinate measurement (accuracy ±1μm), helium mass spectrometry leak detection (sensitivity 1×10⁻⁹Pa·m³/s) and simulation test.
