Golf Cart Parts Production

The first is CNC Turning, we use multi-axis CNC lathe, the frame connector, bearing seat, and other components for precision machining, dimensional tolerance can be controlled within ±0.01mm, surface roughness Ra0.8μm. The real-time monitoring system ensures that the roundness and coaxiality error of each part is less than 0.005mm, which can better meet the stringent requirements of your assembly.
The electroplating process is mainly used to improve the corrosion resistance and surface hardness of the parts. We galvanize the brake pedal and chassis connectors, the coating thickness is controlled within 8 to 12 microns, and the salt spray test time is more than 720 hours, which can ensure that the parts will not rust in the wet environment for a long time, and can extend the service life of the parts.
The coating process is used to optimize the surface properties of the golf cart parts. For motor stator and rotor, we do insulation coating treatment, coating thickness uniform control of 0.1 to 0.2 mm, compressive strength of 1800 volts or more, effectively preventing electrical breakdown.
For exposed frame and chassis components, we use the powder coating process to achieve Class 1 adhesion and weather resistance testing for more than 1,000 hours to ensure a long-lasting appearance. In addition, for parts in high temperature environments, such as brake system components, we use ceramic coatings that can withstand temperatures up to 800 degrees Celsius, significantly reducing thermal decay.
