For the wind hood and connecting parts, 304 stainless steel is selected with passivation treatment, which can reach 96 hours without rust in the salt spray test and adapt to different climatic environments. For the surface treatment of the windproof hood, the three-layer spraying process, in actual use, the paint can be maintained for two years without obvious fading, effectively reducing customer complaints caused by appearance problems. The pipe interface is chrome plated and PVD vacuum electroplating process, forming an 8-12 micron thick coating, which can prevent oxidation through a 72-hour salt spray test, and will not cause assembly interference due to too thick coating.
